Systems 2000 has just launched a Barcode Scanner App for your iPhone to easily and efficiently count all of your dealership's inventory; eliminating the need for expensive portable laser barcode scanners/data collectors.
You can now use your iPhone to do a parts physical inventory count with our new App by scanning a part's barcode or UPC, entering the bin location, and quantity of each parts being counted.
When you have finished counting your inventory, the app exports your scanned data into a standard .csv file, which is then sent to the email address of your choice. Please call 407-358-2000 for more details!

Infinity Accounting users. If you are changing your chart of accounts and having difficulty remembering the new account numbers, just enter the old account number into the external account field. Then when posting an entry, if you can't remember the new GL account, just type the old one and Infinity will cross-reference it for you.

Infinity Service, New Feature - Flag Time Mode. Like Warranty Clerk Mode, you can now click the "Flag Time Mode" button at the bottom of the service screen, and as you open each RO a flag times editing screen will be displayed for easy review and editing.

Infinity Users: Invoice Reminders are messages that pop-up on the invoicing screen when parts are being sold. This is useful on parts with excessive freight, long order times, or other pertinent information about that part. Just recall the part and type your message into the "Invoice Reminders" field and it will be displayed anytime the part is sold.

Mechanic logins can be set for speed enabling the to rapidly clock in/out on jobs. In security check the option not to require a password. Their access is limited but they only need to type the letter M and their employee number. Example: M103

Many times two or more parts or sales personnel need to use one computer. There is a built in quick logon feature that allows those sharing a terminal to quickly switch the user logon. Just hit the function key #12 [F12] on the parts menu or crm screen and the login/password screen will appear. You will not have to log off of the server when using this method.

Infinity Users: The menu bar at the top of all screens has an option called "Messaging." This is a shortcut to your e-mails, calendars, and tasks. Just click it and your productivity module will open to your inbox.

Want to speed up mechanic log-on times? Open Security, click on 'Parts & Service' and set each Mechanic to 'Mechanic PW not required". Now on the RO screen, the mechanic needs only to type M and his employee number (M013 for employee 013) and the screen will quickly display all ROs that he is assigned to.

Customize your parts and service menu tree. If you have options on your menu that you do not use, you can make them invisible. Remember that these settings are for your user only and won't affect the entire system. In the parts and service module, click "Tools" and "Setup P&S Tree." Just check or uncheck the options you want displayed.

When in F&I/Deal Desking and you wish to print a copy of the screen for your customer, click "File" and then click "Print Screen." The system will send the image directly to the printer (in color), eliminating the need to copy and paste the screen image.
