Galaxy is a comprehensive Service Invoicing and Dispatching system. Once a customer name is entered, Galaxy instantly displays all service history on that customer's vehicle. Discounts can be applied as one-time specials, or entered according to customer profile. Galaxy tracks Warranty, Retail, Internal, and Body Shop repair work. Galaxy handles hourly and flat rates, tracks mechanic efficiency, provides analysis and reports for service department profit and expenses. Galaxy allows the entry of pre-loaded repairs ("canned jobs"), along with the cause, correction, actual and billable hours, and costing and billable rates.

Galaxy Self Check-in Service Kiosk®
The Galaxy Self Check-in Service Kiosk® is a revolutionary development for customer satisfaction and service writing management.

The self check-in Kiosk allows the customer to quickly create a service or repair ticket without the hassles of long lines or appointments. As easy to use as an ATM, this self-service technology has been embraced by highly successful businesses such as Southwest Airlines, Wal-Mart and Home Depot.

Customer information is collected simply by swiping a driver’s license or credit card. The kiosk then automatically interfaces with many in-house dealership computer service systems.

While gathering the customer’s service needs, the kiosk automatically connects to multiple warranty companies searching for existing warranty agreements. If no prior contracts are found, a list of new extended warranty options will be presented to the customer for instant purchase.

The large display board presents current service specials and extended warranty options to the customer.

Online Video Commercials ®, a series of online videos, assist the customer through the process and present extended service plan purchase options.
