Thanks to the world of technology, it is possible to have your employees trained by a Certified Trainer
in our Corporate Office. This is accomplished by simply linking our computers together so we can see what each
other is doing while in the process of training.
Using this method, we can train a new employee or help an experienced employee to get around in
the system a little more efficiently and/or to more fully utilize the many features that are being added to
our software on a monthly basis. It is very difficult to keep abreast of all the changes and benefits of the
Galaxy Software for Dealerships, and this is a method that can certainly make that process much simpler. Dealers can
used this service to refine any area that they feel is struggling or encountering difficulty in using the system.
Another common use of this type of training is to have a Certified Trainer review all of your defaults and
set-ups within your Galaxy system, to assure that the system is functioning the way that you need it to perform.
Also, several dealers have taken advantage of this method to help correct their Financial Statements, and
Accounting in general. We realize that Dealership Accounting is much different than the general accounting world
that offers Accounting programs such as QuickBooks and Peachtree; and there is sometimes a learning curve
involved in learning the Dealership methods of Accounting. However, the benefit to a dealership to have
Financial Information customized for a dealership environment is well worth the investment in time and money
to make the transition.
We charge you by the hour for this training, and the schedule is by appointment. You may specify that we do the
training in 2-hour segments, or spend an entire day in training. We will work with your schedule to make it most
